Last Friday I went to the 1612 City Loft preview Downtown and I must say I felt like I was in NYC. Honestly!! Excitement, energy and music filled the streets as crowds strolled between Metro and the Loft Preview. There was this unbelievable buzz about the attraction of this new urban development. It was nice strolling through the constructed structure holding my husbands hand trying to imagine how nice it would be to call this gorgeous, chic, green pad home. 1612 Lofts located at 19th and Eye St.
