I can remember the first time I saw the construction of Chick-fil-A on Stockdale. I was so excited I almost ran a red light trying to make sure my eyes were seeing the famous red & white Chick-fil-A sign.  Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite, healthy ‘fast food’ joints!  At Chick-fil-A the coleslaw is so good, a person who NEVER eats coleslaw, has to have it with her Chick-fil-A meal.  Friday night my husband took me to Chick-fil-A.  He had never eaten there before, so this was going to be a mouth watering experience.  I let him scour at the menu for a while before I ordered a Chick-fil-A meal for both of us.  It was crowded but we were able to snatch a booth; people watch and enjoy our waffle fries, coleslaw and sandwiches. My husband enjoyed his sandwich but didn’t care for the waffle fries.  I was just happy to be eating my sandwich and coleslaw. Chick-fil-A is located at 5260 Stockdale Hwy.
